PRESALES CONSULTANT -  IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Presales Consultant - Identity and Access Management to join our growing team and bring a hands on deep IAM practice to our large portfolio of private and public sector clients.

Existing domain skills and a proven track record of taking a lead role in Presales and delivery of a leading Identity and Access Management enterprise solution are essential, however successful applicants will also be offered additional technology and solution training as part of this role.

Position:  Presales Consultant - Identity and Access Management

 

Location:  Egypt, extensive travel across Middle-East and Africa with the opportunity to work regularly from home.

Position Responsibilities: 

​

  • Own all business and technical aspects of Identity Management solutions across multiple projects;

  • Provide accurate tasks' estimation for new projects;

  • Deliver end-to-end IAM Consultancy services to customers;

  • Work with a team to implement Identity and Access Management solutions; 

  • Manage customers' relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business requirements provide solution delivery options;

  • Collaborate with the project team through design, development, testing and deployment phases;

  • Mentor colleagues and customers to build their skills to support the Identity Management solutions;

  • Able to work and deliver projects both offshore and onsite;

Position Requirements: 

​

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent;

  • Total IT experience of 5 to 10 years;

  • Minimum IAM experience of 3 years including implementation, upgrades, migration, replacement and architecting;

  • Prior IAM consulting experience is preferred;

  • Configuration, Administration & Design experience on any 3 of the following areas:

- Identity Management.

- Access Governance, Access Management, Advanced Authentication.

- Privileged Access Management, Directory Services.

- Federated Authentication and Identity Management.

  • Technologies experience for the above includes but not limited to: IAM Suites of One Identity, Sailpoint, Oracle, Ping, CA, IBM.

  • Full professional proficiency in English, Arabic is a plus;

  • Excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills;

  • IAM Connector development background;

  • Understanding of Cloud IAM services (IDaaS);

  • Exposure to: Role & Entitlement Management, Enterprise & Mobile SSO, Virtual Directory, OAUTH, OpenID Connect, XACML, JSON, REST, SOAP; 

  • Ability to do self-research to come up with the solutions;

  • Ability to handle time and work with global sales workforce accordingly;

  • Any two IT Certifications of which one should be in the IT Security area (preferably in IAM domain);

  • Able to travel across the MEA region on short notice (+60%)
