

BUSINESS CONSULTANT - IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT
We have an excellent opportunity for a proven Business Consultant - Identity and Access Management to join our team and add value to our company and our growing portfolio of private and public sector clients.
Existing domain skills and a proven track record of taking a lead role in Identity Management solutions Business Consultancy are essential, however successful applicants will also be offered additional technology and solution training as part of this role.
Position: Business Consultant - Identity and Access Management
Location: Egypt, extensive travel across Middle-East and Africa with the opportunity to work regularly from home.
Position Responsibilities:

Deliver end-to-end Consultancy services to public and private sectors' clients;

Take part of our team in the implementation of Identity and Access Management solutions;
-
Accountable for the quality of business facing aspects of Identity Management solutions across multiple customer projects;
-
Able to manage clients' relationships and work with the senior management and key stakeholders.

Lead and mentor colleagues and customers to enable their own skills development;
Position Requirements:
-
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
-
Over 5 years experience in a lead role delivering business improvement, best practices and the implementation of enterprise IT solutions;

Diverse experience of delivering consultancy for multiple mid-to-large size organisations across a range of industry sectors;

Strong technical awareness and an ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions;

Able to demonstrate a range of experience across the following areas:
- Strong analytical approach – working with business process owners, application owners and other Subject Matter Experts to elicit requirements, determine areas for improvement and formulate business change roadmaps and strategies;
- Influencing, inspiring and driving stakeholders discussions at all levels of an organisation;
- Defining and supporting the execution of subsequent programs of work to implement the required changes;
- Assessing the effectiveness of changes including tracking costs and measuring benefits of changes;
- Authoring and presenting reports to management audiences;
- Creating and presenting learning materials to both technical and business audiences;
- Identifying new opportunities for further engagements;
- Producing written contents, proposals, and marketing materials.

Awareness of information security principles and IT/business audit requirements is a key requirement for this position;

Knowledge of ITIL and Service Delivery Management;

Excellent client facing and communication skills with a track record of successful customer focused delivery;

Self-motivated individual, able to take a proactive approach to his assignments;

Able to travel (+40%) in the MEA region;
